Gbenga Adesanya is a literary and screenwriter based in Lagos, Nigeria. He has two published works, Underbridge Epitaph and Royal Miscarriage. He won numerous acting and literary awards as an undergraduate at university, and a couple of his screenplays are already made into movies in Nigeria. His motivation for writing is based on desire to challenge fraudulent conventions and institutions that make one lord it over another in every sphere of life. Celeste Czarnecki, from Okemos, MI, has been writing and publishing poetry since the fifth grade. Her blog, Punk Rock Pericaliya, can be found at punkrockpericaliya.wordpress.com. Previously, Celeste has had two poems published in Aurora, one of which won a contest for that month’s writing prompt. Currently, she is on Writers to Watch list from Writer’s Cafe. Celeste had previously been going by the pseudonym of Pericaliya, but recently decided to begin publishing work under her own name. In her time spent not writing, Celeste enjoys singing in a choir, playing flute in a Symphonic Wind Ensemble, running, and researching microbiology topics.
