Nicholas Ian Hawkins is an always-reader and sometimes-writer of fantasy. His short fantasy works have appeared in The Best of Every Day Fiction, Return of the Sword, Magic + Mechanica, and FLASHSHOT. He works as writer, editor, and photographer for a major Midwestern university.
David Hallquist has had a long history of customer service positions including banking, call center service, and sales, all of which have served as a fascinating study of the human species. In 2004 he graduated from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park, and subsequently perused positions that often had to do with business, but never to do with being a smith. He lives in Rockville, Maryland, and is still waiting for the flying cars.His stories have been published in Sci-Phi Journal and at OmniReboot.com.
Alison V King is a Welsh writer based in Cardiff. Winner of the Writing Competition 2013 judged by acclaimed screenwriter and novelist William Nicholson, Alison’s work has been featured in Journeyman, When Women Waken, Firewords Quarterly, and From the Depths. Her online work includes contributions to Specklit and Paragraph Planet. She is currently working on a comic book series with WP Comics of Cardiff with publication expected later in the year.

Mike O’Reilly is a working emergency doctor currently employed on a bit of an overseas adventure. He writes speculative and crime fiction between intermittent up close observations of the human condition. He would very much like to dedicate this to his daughter, if she’d let him.
